Quality work, demands and goals
Our quality work is conducted by a clear delegation of responsibility, establishing working routines and through active follow up of quality improving measures, achieving a quality system which ensures our clients need. Further, we work systematically with improving measures, continuously striving towards higher quality.
Handheld also has a clear commitment to meet customer requirements and law demands connected to the products by setting high demands for both our company and the suppliers we work with. Our environment and quality work means that we shall meet the demands which authorities and clients require from us. The demands which authorities put on Handheld are met through extensive documentation of the demands both internally and from our suppliers.
Handheld strive to meet customer demands through a continuous dialogue as well as measures of customer satisfaction linked in relation to our products.
The goal with our quality work is to increase our customer satisfaction and our profitability. To reach our goals we work as follows:
